Business Facilities Magazine Highlights USVI as Key Destination for Business Investment

The United States Virgin Islands (USVI) will continue to be at the forefront as a key destination for premier business investment and economic growth. The VI Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) recently secured another round of promotional activities with Business Facilities magazine (BF), a regional development magazine, to attract more potential business investors to USVI.

From November 2021 to January 2022, Business Facilities will present USVI through a series of promotional items and advertisements that will include a full page ad in the November issue of the magazine and advertisements in the digital and print issue of December 2021; a localization video newsletter, an email newsletter sponsorship article, and sponsored content. Business Facilities reaches over 100,000 senior executives, 40,000 verified magazine subscribers, 20,000 electronic newsletter subscribers and 40,000 unique web visitors per month.

“Every focused opportunity we can get to promote what the US Virgin Islands has to offer for business development and economic growth is essential to help improve the quality of life for our business community and our residents,” said Wayne L. Biggs Jr., general manager. officer, VIEDA.

“We were delighted to partner with Business Facilities magazine and use their platforms to reach audiences that BF and VIEDA have in common for economic and regional development,” Biggs said.

This economic development magazine will highlight the fiscal incentive program of the VI Economic Development Commission, the STARS (Sustainable-Tourism Through Arts-Based Revenue) program, the International Financial Services Equity (IFSE) tax incentive program, the hotel development program and financing through tax increases. (TIF) Program that helps qualifying businesses lower taxes and increase profits and compete with any benefit package around the world. These promotional activities are one of the many marketing initiatives undertaken by VIEDA to attract business investment in the region.
