The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently made their debut as a couple on the cover of the latest issue of Time magazine which listed the 100 most influential people in the world. However, the couple’s cover photo ended up on the wrong side, receiving criticism from a section of social media users, who called it “heavily photoshopped” and “fake.”
The royal couple, who launched a non-profit organization in 2020, Archewell Foundation, are being honored for their humanitarian work. Meanwhile, the famous post shared the cover featuring Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and wrote: “In a world where everyone has an opinion on people they don’t know, the Duke and Duchess have compassion for people they don’t know. They don’t settle for opinion. They run towards struggle. “

But internet users quickly noticed that there was something very strange about the photo, and in no time, it became the hottest topic of discussion on the internet. While a few users criticized the cover for being massively edited, others just couldn’t take their eyes off Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, with the former standing behind his wife while posing for the lens.
The weather should have relaxed a bit with photoshop. They don’t look real or like they’ve posed together https://t.co/492zK8mZtp

The airbrush does a lot of work there.

What a weird photo .. made to make Harry the same height as Meghan .. is he hunched over?
– Lorri (@ Lorri297) September 15, 2021
Isn’t it weird that she’s still in the foreground these days? And since when did they have the same height? Is he sitting on a wall or something? How could he afford to become so diminished in size? This image really says it all. Terrible.

Is it real or photoshoped? They’re so plastic it’s hard to tell, although Harry hiding behind Me-gain as usual seems legitimate.

with all due respect … this is a terrible cover. At first I thought it was wrong. Who did this? and why does Harry seem scared and hide behind his wife? It’s very strange. they kind of look like wax figures.

God bless these two for what they’re doing. When others spend their time hating, Harry and Meghan use theirs to love and help others.

He’s sitting on a wall because if he was standing he wouldn’t fit on the blanket !! It is a question of “composition” for the photo. When you take a family photo, some are sitting down, others are standing, so that everyone’s faces can be seen and in a similar perspective. They look lovely!

The royal couple even shared a statement on the official Archewell website, addressing the honor of being recognized as inspiring leaders, as well as a note of congratulations to the Director-General of the World Trade Organization, Dr Ngozi. Okonjo-Iweala and his great contribution to humanity amid the coronavirus pandemic, which was acknowledged by the publication.
Meanwhile, Time magazine‘s Top 100 Most Influential People List also includes notable names like US President Joe Biden, US Vice President Kamala Harris, Narendra Modi, Mamata Banerjee, Naomi Osaka, Britney Spears, Dolly Parton, Kate Winslet, Scarlett Johansson, Lil Nas X and many more.
